Diagnosing Litter Box Problems

They don’t always use the box right… I’ve been noticing a disturbing pattern with the litter box lately. One of the cats, I’m not sure which, has taken to peeing on the edges of the inside of the box, splattering its sides. I may have mentioned this before, but I’ll say it again. I hate to vacuum. I don’t know why. It’s one of those jobs that I really don’t like, so I don’t do it as often as I should. The result is carpet that looks terrible and is worn before it’s time. It’s important to vacuum your carpet daily, this keeps the dirt from getting ground in and ruining the carpet. My 8th grade daughter has been working on transforming her room this past week. We let her pick out her own paint and come up with her own ideas. We are also letting her do the work.
